Document and manage IT systems, devices, and infrastructure
Store and manage access credentials securely
Track maintenance schedules and service records
Manage vendor relationships and contacts
Create and manage support tickets
Generate QR codes for device identification and issue reporting
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account
3. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. During the trial period:
You have full access to all features of your selected plan
No credit card is required to start
Your account will be suspended if you do not subscribe after the trial ends
Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiration
4. Subscription and Payment
After your free trial:
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We may change pricing with 30 days notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stella Catsie LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

Fail to pay applicable fees
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
